COMPANY INCORPORATION

Must be requested to the Private Deeds Registry Office, and the following documentation must be submitted:

1. a) Company name approval certificate;
2. b) Provisional identification card;
3. c) Copy of the identification documents of the applicants;
4. d) Report from the Official Account Auditor for capital shares entrances in goods;
5. e) Licence and Authorization from the Regional Secretary of Finances.
